Menace on the Road: Hubballi Biker Booked for Dangerous Driving, Public Nuisance
Hubballi, EXPRESS News: The Hubballi East Traffic Police have registered a case against a youth who used to ride his bike in a rash or negligent manner, endangering human life and causing irritation to the public with the loud sound of his bike’s silencer. The accused also reportedly teased girls.
The police were able to apprehend the suspect based on a social media video shared by the public. The East Traffic Police team, led by Inspector Jackson D’Souza, arrested the accused, a 24 year old, a resident of Gopankoppa, and seized his KTM RC 200 bike.
The police have booked the accused under Sections 281 of the BNS and Sections 177 and 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
